Clarification

As Im getting ready to go to bed I realize that my wording at the end of the last post may be taken wrong. Coke in my veins is coke a cola the drink. Not the drug. THE DRINK!!

Shameless plug over

I had to get my plugs in for my classes. Now I'll really blog. Ive been thinking alot latley about whats really important in life. I feel like my priorities get a little out of wack sometimes. I miss my kiddos. Just hanging out with them. They really are a fun bunch. Ok, so theres 3, is that a bunch? Anyway, they are good kids. They are the reason behind me starting this whole scrapbooking thing anyway.
And I miss my wonderful sister. I hate that shes so far away. She really is my idol.

So my kids and I were playing tag, running around the house, and I ran into an entertainment center door. My leg has 2 huge knots in it and is turning black and blue as we speak. The casualties of tag. But it was a good giggle. It helped my mood.

Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. I tried this morning but couldnt sleep past 7:30. I havnt been up that early for a long time. It was nice. Peaceful. I actually made a list. Kim would be proud. And I actually got things done on it. I must say it is kind of satisfying crossing something off. Makes me feel like Ive accomplished things. Why didnt I do this before? It may become a regular occurance. Who knows maybe one day Ill become organized! Or maybe not.But its a start.

My stomach is grumbling, off to get a snack at the absolute worst time they say to eat. But thats me. Coke in my veins and eating habits that stink. What can I say?

Late

I know I need to update my blog more. Its been a busy week but I anticipate this next week to be even more so. I taught my 20 in 3 class Saturday and it went well. It was my first time doing double page layouts. For some reason thats hard for me. But the girls were fabulous. We had fun. I will be repeating the class in August. I'll put a sneak peak of some of the pages up in a couple of days.

So Ive had a lot of time to think today. Ive been sick in bed for the majority of it. I dont like being sick. Like most people. I just have too many things to do. But i do need to slow down so my body doesnt give out. Well Im ready for a new week to start. Lots to look forward to.

My new headshot

The sound of NOTHING!!!

Ok so it has to be 1:00 in the morning for my house to be peaceful, but oh its so nice. No tv blaring, no kids fighting, no phones ringing. Just quiet. And Im going to enjoy it while I can.

It seems that my goal to go to bed earlier might become one of those new year resolutions things that I can never seem to keep. But I have 6 more months to work up to it. Last night I tried to go to bed but had so many things running through my head that I came out and sat in my big comfy chair with my soft fluffy blanket and worked on the computer until almost 3am. Crazy I know. I honestly dont know how people like Heidi Swapp do as much as they do. I am envious.

So much happening so little time to prepare. Our Autism week is looking good. Ive seen a couple of the projects and they are just to adorable. Heres who teaching. Kim Kesti, Ally Landy, Carlene Federer, Susan Keuter, Kim Hesson, and myself. Keep your eyes peeled because the samples should all be at the store in the next few days.

Ill be posting sneak peaks of my classes in the next few days for the month of July. A couple of really fun things coming up. Be sure to check them out.

Peace out ya'll

Treasures in the couch

Paul and I are doing a little rearranging with couches. Moving the downstairs ones upstairs and vice versa. You know just switching it up a bit. While moving the couch from upstairs we heard a load of junk coming from inside the couch. Im talking loads. Jaden found his old ninetendo , my braclet from my dear sister, and much more. Kinda funny. Paul and I had a good laugh.

Im getting ready for my 20 pages in 3 hours class this Saturday. I love this class. Its so much fun. There is still 4 spaces left so call the store and sign up.

So Kim and I were chatting today about doing a dry run on our convention classes. We are ironing out details so we will keep you posted on whats happening. I know it will be the 3 of us teachers (Kim, myself, and my mom). We will spend an afternoon making 3 great projects. Keep an eye out for details.

Well off to scrap. I have a few more pages to get done for the 20 page class.

Goodnight

A productive day

Yea, Can you beleive it. I actually feel like I got a couple of things accomplished. Mostly for our Autism event but yahoo! Thats way important. Some of the raffles prizes from various companies started rolling in. Too cute stuff. A huge Thank you goes out to Heidi Swapp, and also Making Memories for their donation to this event. You guys are awesome.

I still havnt done my 12 of 12 layout but plan to work on it tomorrow. Im still excited to scrap the pictures. But I did do an 8x8 layout last night and am loving the smaller size. I think Ill be doing more of those. Not 81/2 x 11 but 8x8. Needs to be a nice square.

Off to dream land I go. Hopefully. Ive decided tonight that I stay up way too late. I probably need to work on that. Sweet dreams.
