On a different note, we had a BLAST at High School Musical 3. I loved the music and the junk yard number was great. The Boys are back I think it was. Those boys can dance. and yes Mr. Efron is way cute. (dont worry he just plays a teenager. He is over 18 in real life) The girls were dancing in their seats and Amy and I couldn't help but wiggle a little bit to the music.

Heres the girls doing their best pose. They are really growing up too fast. Its hard to believe my baby is almost 7. WOW!  

Well off to do homework with kiddos. I dont know why however, Tanner and Jadens math is a thing of history for me. I cant remember how to do any of it. Thank goodness Tanners a smart one. Hes good on his own and he helps Jaden for me. Before long I wont be able to figure out Jennas work. Makes me feel not so smart. Ughhh!

Monthly Banner Club!

BANNERS! Who doesn't LOVE banners! I Love them.  I could make me a new one EVERY month. Well Guess What! I Am! Starting Monday October 27th and every month after that on the 20th, a new banner kit will be created and  ready to be shipped. You can buy the kit or the finished banner. The first banner will be a Thanksgiving theme. It will spell out Thanks. OF COURSE! Heres how it will work,

Cute family

I had the privilege of taking this cute families photos tonight. The light escaped me much quicker than anticipated so I was kinda bumbed about that. We went to her moms house that is this way cute older house that was moved from downtown Mesa about 30 years ago to a big green lot with a wishing well and fruit trees. I could take photos there all day. But here is a couple of photos. These triplets are a year old now. I got to take their pictures last year when a smile was from gas. Now look at these giggly cuties. Thanks Joyce.  You guys are always a joy! I am playing with some new actions I bought a while ago. I just love Photoshop. So many fun things can be done. ( Blogger wont let me up load the family photo, but arent these babies cute!)

I almost forgot

6 more days to HSM3!  Amy and I are taking the girls and I think we may be more excited than they are.  I think I know all the music by heart already.  LOL. 

What a day!

The event at Domestic Bliss was fabulous. I really think a lot of money was raised. I saw so many friends from days past and present. Like my friend Kristina, She has 5 kids but has only been pregnant 2 times. Yep thats right. Her first set was twins. They are 4 know, and her triplets (yes triplets) are about 6 months. WOW! Thats all I have to say. She is as gorgeous and thin as ever too. But always super sweet. She makes amazing bows and aprons for little girls. She stopped when she had her triplets but came out for the day for the fundraiser. I also saw my pal Chrissy who owns Habits salon on Val Vista and Southern with her sister Kimmy. And many many more.

It was way fun melting in the sun with Trisha and Rebecca. They are amazing gals. Very talented. Thanks girls for a fun day. But that wasnt the end. I then headed to the store to work the crop. It was Kara, Michelle, Jolie, and a bunch of new friends. Kara had entered and won the raffle for the autism fundraiser. What a fun group of gals. They made me laugh and kept me awake. Hope your hubby is feeling better Kara!!!!!

I am extremely lucky to have great friends who love me for who I am and not what I can do for them. And amazing customers who have become dear friends. I have had a roller coaster ride this past year. Lots of ups and LOTS of downs. But I am grateful for them. Because it has ultimately helped me back to see clearly what is important in my life. Family, friends, and beliefs. I know Im turning sappy. Sorry. Its just one of those days.

Blissfest

This is where I will be Saturday with Trisha and Rebecca. I just cant wait to look around at all the amazing vendors. I have been busy making advent calendar, Christmas boards, glittery trees, and a few more goodies. Come by our booth and check out all the fun stuff we have.

There will also be a fundraiser going on for this family. Its absolutely a worthy cause.  There will be a fishbowl raffle which all kinds of vendors will be raffling off items. Dont forget to check that out.

Life in Jennaland

This is what Jenna has posted on her door. I asked her what it was and she said "Its the rules for Jennaland. When you come inside my room you have to follow these rules." I will translate them for you in case you are having trouble. Well as best as I can.

I want to live in Jennaland all the time. Its much funner than the day to day things that have to be done. More on whats going on with me in another post. I just wanted to share something that made me smile. 

A couple new layouts

I have not really done layouts for myself in a long time. It has been either for a class or for page kits for the store. It felt really good to sit down and just go. No limitations. Just whatever I felt like doing. I really need to do that more often. Heres what I came up with.

Bad Blogger

I have been a bad blogger this past week. Ive just been way busy. But whats new right. Our lives seem to get busier everyday. I just got done with a fun project. Theres still a few finishing touches it needs but Im not sure what yet. I need to stare at it for a day. I used Dream Street papers. Most of Laura Ellingsons new line. I LOVE it. Its pretty and funky all at the same time. Fun patterns that play well together. These pictures arent so great. It is almost midnight. No natural light to be found. You cant really see all the little detail like the stitching everywhere, but you will get the idea.

Look what I just cut out for Jennas room. Im going to make a plaque and hang it on her wall. Ill post it when its done. Probably Wednesday. If you want one too go here. You can choose your colors and sayings.

Inspiration

I have been surfing the blog scene and I always seem to come across 2 favorites who never fail to inspire me. Elsie Flannigan and Candice Carpenter.

If you havn't checked out their blogs do so. Candice has a timeless style that I just LOVE. I was so lucky to have her come teach at the store this past March, not so lucky however, I didnt get to take her class. But one day I will. I have boughten kits from her and she just jams all kinds of fun stuff in them. And Elsie appeals to my funkier side. LOVE her style too. So carefree and funky. 

Who inspires you? There are so many talented artists out there I cant begin to name them all. 

Its a busy week for me coming up. Getting ready for Phoenix CK convention. I hope to see a lot of you there.
